
HR Officer (ER) - 12 Month FTC

- Acting as the first point of contact for all employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes
- Supporting managers with performance and conduct issues
- Investigating employee concerns and producing clear reports and recommendations
- Contributing to a positive culture through proactive communication and engagement
- Delivering training to line managers on effective people management
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Assisting with payroll coordination and general HR administration
- Responding to day-to-day HR queries around benefits, policies, and systems
- Participating in wider HR projects to improve the employee experience
- Supporting health and safety, including First Aider and Fire Marshall duties
