- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters from instruction to resolution
- Handle commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, including rent arrears, dilapidations, possession, and lease renewals
- Advise on restrictive covenants, rights of way, easements, and boundary disputes
- Deal with contentious aspects of property development, including rights of light and party wall matters
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other litigation documents
- Provide strategic advice to clients ranging from landlords, tenants, and developers to investors and managing agents
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality, practical legal solutions
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 3 years PQE, though flexibility will be considered for exceptional candidates
- Strong technical knowledge of property litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Excellent communication, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently and efficiently
