- Support residents with daily living, personal growth, and independence.
- Create a safe, calm, and fun environment where everyone feels valued.
- Be part of a passionate, supportive team with full training provided.
- Help prepare for exciting community activities and adventures.
- Complete light household tasks and keep our home welcoming.
- A caring, empathetic, and proactive person.
- Flexible to work across different shifts (including weekends).
- Willing to learn - no experience needed, just the right attitude!
