  • Support residents with daily living, personal growth, and independence.
  • Create a safe, calm, and fun environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Be part of a passionate, supportive team with full training provided.
  • Help prepare for exciting community activities and adventures.
  • Complete light household tasks and keep our home welcoming.
We're Looking For:
  • A caring, empathetic, and proactive person.
  • Flexible to work across different shifts (including weekends).
  • Willing to learn - no experience needed, just the right attitude!
  • Someone who enjoys working in a team but can also shine independently.
Essential Requirements:
- Flexibility
- Willing to complete mandatory training
- Strong communication, IT literacy and good Maths/English skills
