You'll be responsible for managing multiple fast-paced leisure fit out projects valued between £250K-£1.5M, across the UK.This is a key role for someone who thrives in a high-output, collaborative environment and is ready to hit the ground running-projects are active and we're looking to start ASAP.ResponsibilitiesManage 3-4 fast track fit out projects concurrentlyOversee full project lifecycle - from pre-construction to deliveryLead scoping meetings and coordinate site works (refits, painting, plumbing)Ensure robust procurement delivery in partnership with QS and supply chainUphold high standards in Health & Safety and quality assuranceAct as main point of contact between site teams, commercial staff, and stakeholdersContribute to strategic planning and reporting for the framework leadCandidate ProfileExperience managing fast track leisure/retail fit outs, ideally within a fast-track frameworkFamiliar with fast-paced works and managing multiple live sitesTrade background beneficialStrong communication, leadership, and organization skillsCollaborative team spirit with confidence to work independentlyLocationMust be commutable into London1-2 days/week in London officeCombination of home working and UK-wide site visitsRequired CertificationsSMSTSFirst Aid at Work - 3 Day CertificateFire marshallAsbestos AwarenessIf you would like to apply for the role, please upload your up to date CV
