Our team is leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Fire & Communications) systems - and we're looking for passionate Electrical Engineers of all levels, from talented graduates to seasoned Directors, to join us on this incredible journey.Whether you're just starting out, looking to take the next step into leadership, or ready for strategic oversight at Director level - there's a place for you here.Why This Role Is DifferentThis isn't just another engineering job - it's an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, growing and forward-thinking team working on one of the UK's highest-profile infrastructure programmes.You'll be supported, challenged, and empowered to make a real difference, while shaping the future of transport in the UK.What You'll Be Doing (Tailored to Your Level)Depending on your experience and aspirations, you could be:Designing and delivering electrical services for a complex, multi-disciplinary rail environmentActing as a CEM (Contractor's Engineering Manager) or CRE (Contractor's Responsible Engineer)Supporting or deputising for the MEP Associate DirectorLeading and mentoring engineers within your disciplineConducting technical reviews and contributing to design assuranceManaging programme delivery and design coordinationUpskilling and coaching emerging engineersRepresenting the team in client and stakeholder meetingsDriving innovation and technical excellence within a collaborative teamWhat We're Looking ForWe're open to electrical engineering professionals at all stages - but ideally, you'll bring some of the following:Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or similar discipline)Working toward or already hold Engineering Council registrationExperience in the UK rail sector (rail stations highly desirable)Knowledge of key industry standards (Network Rail, HS2, TfL, British Standards)Experience in roles such as CRE, CEM, or DPE (advantageous but not essential for junior levels)Ability to work across design stages - from feasibility to As-BuiltStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency in software like Trimble/Amtech ProDesign, Dialux, or ReluxA drive to learn, lead, and contribute to a high-performance teamWhy Join Us?We value great people - and we reward them.
