- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and school policies.

- Assessment: Regularly assess student progress and use a range of formative and summative assessments to inform future teaching and provide constructive feedback.

- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
- Pastoral Care: Provide a safe and nurturing environment, addressing the pastoral and emotional needs of students as they arise.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
