
Digital Learning Manager

- Develop and implement digital learning strategies aligned with organisational goals. Manage and optimize the LMS and digital learning tools ensuring GKNA stays current with emerging technologies and trends.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of engaging digital learning content. Ensure content meets quality standards and is accessible to diverse learners.
- Partner with external vendors, stakeholders and internal SMEs for content creation and engagement.
- Coordinate multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Drive sustainable change in digital learning practices across the organisation.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives. Use data and feedback to refine content and delivery methods.
- Align digital learning initiatives and content with organisational competency models and skills frameworks.
- Degree education and/or HR/L&D qualification (or similar qualifications/significant experience in this area).
- Experience in designing learning curriculum and programmes with a global audience and using multiple learning delivery approaches to meet the varying different needs of the organisation.
- Able to bring the latest thinking in L&D to the agenda.
- Experience in managing a learning management system e.g. SAP Success Factors (preferred).
- Analytical with a comprehensive understanding of the process of evaluation of L&D activity, including return on investment.
- Experience of partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to see the big picture across the organization and turn vision and plans into operational and practical reality.
- Credible and engaging, able to form strong relationships with leaders, senior managers and experts across the organisation.
- Able to network and influence people across the organisation with strong consultative and facilitation skills.
- Adaptable and resilient as the role operates in a changing environment with a high work volume.
- Qualifications or experience in assessment/development programmes.
- Financial management/budget expertise.
- Experience in the area of talent, diversity and engagement practices.
- Excel capabilities in order to track, measure and report on L&D statistics and measurement of L&D activity.
