We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our friendly and growing team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for key clients—managing their accounts, co-ordinating work across departments, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.This is not a call-centre role—it’s about relationship building, problem-solving, and delivering results. You’ll take ownership of customer portfolios, handle escalations, and ensure we’re meeting service level agreements (SLAs) while supporting clients to get the best from our services.What you’ll be doingActing as the first point of contact for key client queriesHosting customer meetings (virtual and face-to-face) to review progress and resolve issuesMonitoring account activity, liaising with internal teams, and keeping clients fully updatedTaking ownership of escalations, working to resolve them quickly and effectivelyProviding regular portfolio reports and service health updatesIdentifying opportunities to improve service and enhance the customer journeyWhat we’re looking forStrong background in customer service, account management, or service deliveryExcellent communication skills—confident with clients at all levelsHighly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesProblem-solver who sees things through to resolutionComfortable with occasional travel for client meetingsWhy join us?
