Location: Barnet Borough, North London
Start Date: September 2025Flexible daily and full-time supply work available across Primary schools in the Barnet Borough. We work with a large number of schools who need support on a short-term basis and also long-term. If you are seeking flexibility around your schedule and have a passion for education, this is a brilliant role.Working hours are usually between 8.30-3.30.What the role involves:
  • 1:1 and class TA support across various year groups
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning
  • Using structure, patience and creativity to build engagement
  • Helping the pupil regulate, access the curriculum and build confidence
  • Being a key part of a caring, experienced team

  • Experience supporting children or young adults
  • A nurturing approach and clear communication style
  • Ability to stay calm, consistent, and proactive
  • Someone who truly ‘gets it’ when it comes to behaviour, sensory needs and trust-building
