- Regional People Leadership: Oversee all People Operations functions for international regions, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion Vimeo's global culture, driving initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and alignment with business strategy across diverse regions.
- Global-Local Balance: Strategically balance the global Vimeo experience with effective local implementation, adapting programs and policies to meet regional needs while maintaining overall consistency.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of regional People Operations professionals to streamline the global employee experience for Vimeans across the world
- Payroll and Benefits: Liaise with Global People Operations and Total Rewards team to oversee local payroll processes and administer benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional regulations.
- Employee Relations (ER): Provide expert guidance and support on all employee relations matters, resolving issues effectively and fairly while adhering to local labor laws.
- Compliance: Ensure all people policies, programs, and operations comply with local labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances across all international sites.
- Talent Development: Define local talent development and enablement needs and partner with Talent Development (COE) to design and deliver relevant programming.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Operations, and Inclusion & Belonging, to inform, roll out, and champion people initiatives globally.
- Budget Management: Manage and oversee budgets for all regions, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and spending aligns with out global People, Culture and Workplace priorities.
- 10+ years of progressive, impactful experience in Human Resources or People Operations, with a significant portion dedicated to international or regional responsibilities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of people operations across multiple international jurisdictions (experience in UK, Israel, Ukraine, India, or APAC is a plus), including benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll.
- Proven ability to build and scale people operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong understanding of various international labor laws and cultural considerations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
- A proven track record of partnering effectively with various stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Brings extensive knowledge of international (with a focus on UK) labor and employment laws to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and guide best practices across our global People, Culture and workplace initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, GPHR) is a plus.
