
Payroll and Benefits Contractor – full or part time

- Assist in managing the payroll cut-off dates and alignment with the new systems
- Coordinate with internal and external payroll providers to ensure seamless data migration and setup
- Support PAYE reference updates and IT system integration
- Collaborate with benefits providers (Mercer, Hargreaves Lansdown, AXA, etc.) to confirm scope and setup of core and flexible benefits
- Support market benchmarking and sourcing of alternative benefit propositions
- Assist in defining and documenting the new benefits policy
- Liaise with internal HR teams, finance and procurement to ensure alignment
- Support employee consultation processes for both core and flexible benefits
- Track progress against deadlines and flag overdue or at-risk items
- Maintain documentation and update action trackers
- Attend relevant meetings and provide operational input
