- Safely operating PCV buses on scheduled routes
- Delivering excellent customer service to all passengers
- Maintaining a professional and well-presented appearance in line with company standards
- Following company procedures and all legal requirements when driving
- Completing a Highway Code Q&A and driving assessment successfully
- Valid PCV (Category D) licence
- CPC qualification (up to date)
- Smart, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to cover early, middle, and late shifts
- Ability to adhere to uniform standards: white shirt, navy tie, navy trousers, and black shoes (uniform allocation provided)
- Choice of Temp to Perm or Zero-Hour Contract
- Temp to Perm: 6-on / 3-off pattern with a clear pathway to a permanent position
- Zero Hour: Flexible shift options with varied working hours
- Work with a respected and established transport operator
- Ongoing training and assessment provided
