We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Female Support Worker.This role is based within a supported living service located in Wrexham, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals who primarily have learning and/or physical disabilities.What we’ll give you:We will ensure you are rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:

What you’ll be doing:
  • You'll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes and also with accessing the community.
  • Personal care is required for some individuals.
  • You will work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.

  • You are able to work independently, multitask, and be organised.
  • You will have a calm and positive attitude under pressure.
  • You will be a quick learner, hands on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
  • You will be flexible as shifts will include days, evenings, and sleep ins.
  • Drivers preferred
