We are looking for a dedicated and talented head chef to take the reins at a large hotel specialising in weddings and events. You will be responsible for leading the team through the rest of the busy wedding season and into the festive period. This is a temporary, long term contract and would suit someone with a similar background leading kitchen teams in busy hotel environments.To be considered you must have:
  • Minimum food safety level 2
  • An independent allergen certificate
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar management role
  • Access to your own vehicle is a bonus
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible in new environments
  • Accommodation for the right candidate can be discussed
