Business Analyst - £50,000 - SurreyNigel Frank International have been retained by a growing business in Surrey and we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions, working in a collaborative hybrid environment. You will be involved in our clients IT & change initiatives across the business.Responsibilities-Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation.-Develop detailed business requirements, process models, and technical specifications.-Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system enhancements or new systems.-Provide ongoing support and guidance to project managers and business units throughout system development and implementation.-Lead data analysis and reporting, delivering insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.-Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.-Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Required Skills:-Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).-Skilled in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.-Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, etc.-Worked with APIThis is your chance to work with a growing business, where you will have the opportunity to have influence within my clients IT programmes.
