You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas are ready for pupils and staff each day.Shift pattern:
- Morning: 6:00am 9:00am
- Afternoon: 3:00pm 6:00pm
- This position is ideal for someone local looking for split shifts that fit around other commitments.
- General cleaning of classrooms, toilets, hallways, and shared spaces
- Replenishing supplies (soap, hand towels, toilet rolls)
- Ensuring all areas are sanitised and safe
- Reporting any maintenance or health & safety concerns
- Working as part of a small, supportive site team
- Previous cleaning experience (preferably in schools or similar environments)
- A strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- A good work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability
- You MUST be registered with Prospero Teaching (or willing to register) to be considered for this role.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (Prospero can assist with this process if needed).
