Senior Quantity Surveyor | London AirportsAn exciting opportunity has come up to join a major global multidisciplinary engineering consultancy working at a Major London Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the high profile complex infrastructure UK infrastructure project gaining commercial experience in Airfield Works.What they offer:

Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • London Based
  • NEC Contract Knowledge
  • Background in - Infrastructure/Airports/Civil Engineering
  • Working towards Chartered status or other recognised bodies
  • Previous experience in Mechanical and Electrical works is desirable but not essential
Duties:
  • Manage cost reporting, including Cost/Value Reconciliations, Bottom-Up and End-of-Life Cost Reports.
  • Handle subcontractor accounts, payments, valuations, and contract administration (including early warnings and compensation events).
  • Lead commercial aspects of projects, including drafting subcontract packages and client applications for payment.
  • Monitor and report project costs, conduct regular site visits, and identify/manage commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring collaboration, value, and quality delivery.
