- Deliver person-centred, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed interventions.
- Use your own lived experience (if applicable) to provide hope and connection.
- Support individuals with navigation around housing, employment, relationships, and mental wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and timely casework, risk assessments, and outcome monitoring.
- Promote recovery, inclusion, and equity in everything you do.You’ll need:- At least two years’ experience supporting people with mental health or complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads, work flexibly, and build effective multi-agency partnerships.
- Confidence in IT systems and record-keeping.
- A deep understanding of recovery and trauma-informed practice.
