We are currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our pool of dedicated supply staff for schools in the Tameside area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and passionate practitioner to support teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on experience and preference.As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Assist with planning and delivering interventions where required.Contribute to the wider life of the school community.RequirementsA Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Previous classroom experience within a primary school setting.Strong behaviour management and communication skills.A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different school environments.An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).What We OfferCompetitive daily rates, paid weekly.Flexible work to suit your availability.A variety of placements across Tameside and surrounding areas.
