Ensuring every practitioner feels equipped to deliver best practice and ensure the citizens of Bristol receive person-centred care and support.This is a pivotal role supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality training opportunities for staff across Adult Social Care. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our team systems run smoothly, recruitment processes are efficient, and stakeholders receive excellent support and responses.The role involves minute-taking during key meetings, monitoring and reconciling financial transactions to support budget oversight, and maintaining accurate administrative systems and records.You will handle internal and external enquiries with confidence, resolving issues at first contact where possible.
