Apply by: 30/04/2024Role DescriptionApprenticeships Senior Administrator - Data & FundingWe are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join the Apprenticeships Office.About the RoleThe core responsibility of this role is to proactively ensure data accuracy by performing relevant auditing to underpin the integrity of Cranfield's Apprenticeship Funding Rules compliance, including the ESFA Evidence Pack and Individual Learner Record (ILR) data. The role supports Apprenticeship Office, and wider teams based in Schools and Professional Service Units across the University, as well as maintaining high quality contact with apprentices and employers.This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has an eye for detail and a solution focussed attitude towards establishing new and continually improving processes. It is essential that you can understand complex regulatory requirements and take prompt action to resolve eligibility and compliance issues. You will champion the use of technology to underpin and evidence the apprentices learning and support the journey towards successful apprenticeship completion.About YouYou will have sound knowledge of data protection regulations and be experienced in database management and able to represent data to a range of audiences. Experience of working within an Apprenticeship or Higher Education environment would be advantageous.
