- Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours via phone and email.
- Monitor shared inboxes, personal enquiries, and third-party listing platforms.
- Prepare accurate proposals, quotations and event sheets
- Input and maintain client data in the CRM system; support weekly reporting
- Complete invoicing and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support site visits, tastings and client show-rounds, representing Benugo with professionalism.
- Work closely with operations to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a client-focused approach at every stage.
- Experience in event sales or coordination within a London venue or events catering is desired.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems.
- Passionate about food, events, and delivering memorable experiences.
