- Generate leads through phone, email and networking and persuade them to use Apprenticeship services, developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and cross sell opportunities across the business.
- Successful negotiation and execution of strategic partnerships that enhance the comapnies growth ambitions, with an engaged and motivated approach to business development.
- Continually meet and exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume, prospecting activities and sales, with consistent achievement of revenue targets and a track record of contributing to the company's financial success.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Reliable, conscientious, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, with the discipline to deliver the inputs that lead to exceptional outcomes.
- A growth mindset and resilient to overcome challenges, with high levels of curiosity with a genuine thirst for knowledge.
- The ability to work from our Leeds office full-time.
- Salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission.
