If so, a special needs school in Loughton are looking for just that!This school is built around supporting the needs of children with MLD (moderate learning difficulties).The Role includes:-Working 5 days a week within the school or college provision, supporting students with Autism, or moderate learning difficulties in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to help improve engagement, interaction and raise attainment-Learning and developing your LSA skills-Working closely with parents to ensure what is carried out at school is continued at home-A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual childrenThis is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity (8:30am - 3:30pm).No school experience necessary - Graduates, nursery assistants, support workers, healthcare assistants, youth workers or personal experience accepted!If this sounds like the role for you, then please APPLY NOW!All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
