  • Competitive salary - up to £30,000 basic (depending on experience)

You know that no two days in recruitment are the same, but you can expect to be…
  • Screening candidates
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Utilising social media to advertise roles
  • Liaising with clients and building successful working relationships, along with providing excellent customer service
  • Growing our existing client base, by upselling and business development to other local companies
  • Completing regular review meetings with clients
  • Completing check-ins where required
  • Taking our on-call service on a rota basis
Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, however due to the nature of recruitment, some flexibility is required! You will also be taking our on-call phone home with you on a rota basis.
Pay:
  • Up to £30,000 per year (Negotiable on Experience)
  • In addition to salary, currently our Consultants are earning between £5,000 – £10,000 per year in bonus – however this is uncapped, so what you earn is up to you!
Requirements:
  • Some experience in recruitment – if you do not have this, but are interested in learning, we could offer this role as a trainee position for the right candidate, so please still get in touch!
  • Some kind of sales experience – anything from selling cars to call centres will work!
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A driving license / your own vehicle
