Start Date: Thursday startJob OverviewWe are seeking reliable and hard-working Labourers to join our team on a general labouring role based in Southampton (SO15). The successful candidates will support various trades on site and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist skilled trades with on-site tasksPrepare and maintain work areas: sweeping, debris removal, and general site clean-upLoad, unload, move, and store materials and equipment safelyOperate basic plant equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, drills) as directedErect and dismantle temporary site structures (hoardings, fencing, barriers)Assist with basic demolition and clearance activitiesFollow onsite health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all timesReport any hazards, damages, or shortages of materials/tools to site supervisorRequirementsPrevious experience in general labouring (commercial or residential) preferredValid CSCS card (or equivalent) desirablePhysically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasksOwn PPE (safety boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat)Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a teamGood communication skills and willingness to follow instructionsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay at £15.00 per hour, paid weeklyLong hours with consistent schedule: 07:30 – 16:00, Monday to FridayMonday start for immediate availabilityOpportunity for ongoing work on varied projects in the Southampton areaApply now for immediate consideration or for more information , call/text Kayden on 07884515005 for more detailsLDS
