  • Plan and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons tailored to a wide range of learning styles and needs
  • Adapt teaching approaches to ensure accessibility and sustained engagement
  • Create a supportive, structured classroom environment that fosters student confidence and growth
  • Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and families to promote academic and personal progress
  • Empower students through innovative, student-centered teaching strategies that encourage independence
The ideal candidate will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
  • Be an effective communicator with strong classroom management skills
  • Demonstrate a flexible, adaptive teaching style that responds to individual learning needs
  • Show enthusiasm for creating purposeful, impactful learning experiences
  • Be highly organised and committed to helping every student achieve their full potential
