Service Manager – Digital Learning and Adoption (Grade 11)Lead the team driving digital capability across the council. You’ll set the strategic direction, manage performance, and ensure delivery of high-quality learning and adoption support. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on innovation, stakeholder engagement, and enabling transformation at scale.What you’ll bring:
