
Senior Account Manager

- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts, developing relationships with C-level and HR management, and keeping abreast of business and talent needs.
- Define appropriate product offerings to meet customers' needs, optimizing talent assessment and management activities and delivering sales presentations accordingly.
- Drive the sale through to the conclusion by navigating roadblocks.
- Work with internal teams to successfully deliver projects.
- Develop strategic account plans, forecast future sales activity, and report accordingly.
- Demonstrable SaaS solution sales experience, ideally from a Consulting or Business Services background
- Experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
- Working with Enterprise customers.
- Experience selling to HR and/or C Level
- HCM experience
- HR qualification or business-related discipline
