The post is for 13-months, full time and is available for an immediate start.The project, funded by Race Against Dementia, aims to determine the molecular mechanisms that underlie tau-induced neuronal and network dysfunction in neurodegenerative diseases.You will utilise a combination of molecular biology and imaging-based techniques to characterise interactions between tau protein and targets such as voltage-gated ion channels.
