You'll be responsible for providing managers with comprehensive and professional advice on a variety of workforce issues, supporting employees relations cases, working with operational managers to review structures and provide HR advice in relation to organisational change.This is a key role in our HR function where you'll be supporting clinical teams and managers with your knowledge and experience. We provide an efficient, responsive, and professional HR advisory service so your role will involve visiting sites across a wide geographical area as required and you'll need a flexible approach with the ability to use your initiative to help managers resolve workforce challenges.Does this sound like your next career move?   • Supporting the HR Consultant in leading and implementing organisational change
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on aspects of employment law and best practice; including the management of a defined Employee Relations case load
  • Interpretation and application of AFC terms and conditions
  • Enabling managers to understand their duties and to make informed decisions on HR issues
  • Advising on and interpretation of HR policies and procedure, including complexemployee relations matters
