We are looking for a passionate Transformation professional with experience of Product Lifecyle Management to lead the continuous improvements across our Product Development capabilitiesThis role will report into the Transformation Director and will require the ability to influence a broad range functional teams to deliver effective.This role will work works within our broader transformation function focussing on driving operation excellence through our Product Lifecycle engaging regularly with Product Development, Supply Chain and Technology functions owning the roadmap for process, technology and data related changes that enhance capability and drive efficiency and innovation.As a Senior Transformation Manager you will
- Lead on the evaluation of new ideas and initiatives, assessing the benefit and impact across people, process, data and technology to identify key priorities and dependencies on a strategic roadmap.
- Lead initiatives to streamline and harmonize product development processes across R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.
- Matrix manages teams from concept through to deployment across a range of projects and programs.
- Serves as a primary contact and point of escalation for teams involved in product lifecycle management.
- Identifies organisational change management impacts and works with stakeholders to generate an effective outcome.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and silos in cross-functional workflows.
- Ensures the successful outcome of project delivery
- A self-starter with an appetite for continual improvement in the product development space.
- You will possess an overall awareness of the product lifecycle providing an ability to engage with subject matter experts to identify opportunities.
- Comfortable with operating alone and managing teams, you will possess a can-do approach with the ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution as necessary to meet delivery targets.
- Understand the needs of different stakeholders and can utilise a range of soft skills to both influence and empower effectively.
- A proven ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner & have a flexible and professional attitude.
- Outcome focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven.
- Excellent communication skills, with a confident & articulate manner (written and verbal)
