� Hybrid: 4 days in-office (potentially 5 initially)The RoleThis is a hands-on, high-impact position within a lean finance team. You will take ownership of key accounting, reporting, and treasury functions, while also supporting commercial initiatives like FP&A and financial modelling. Ideal for a technically strong finance professional ready to step up in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day finance ops: bookkeeping, payments, payroll, expensesLiaise with third-party fund administratorsPrepare monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS/GAAP)Support VAT returns, tax compliance, and year-end auditAssist with cash flow forecasting and treasury managementBuild models for performance tracking and analysisContribute to board and management reportingPartner with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictionsDrive process improvement as the business scalesYour ProfileACA qualified (preferred) or strong ACCA with Financial Services' focus1-3 years PQE in industry, ideally in private equity or financial servicesTechnical grounding in IFRS/GAAPExposure to fund accounting; FP&A/financial modelling a plusBig 4 or similar background desirableCommercially minded, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative teamInterview TimelineInitial interviews: Friday 12 September (Teams)Final interviews: Friday 19 September (in-person)Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
