- Innovation: Introduce new technologies and ideas to improve digital capabilities.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues quickly, providing solutions to improve processes.
- Technical Skills: Experience in digital development, digital design, and UX/UI capabilities.
- Portfolio showcasing digital projects.
- Management Skills: Ability to manage and get the best out of a team of developers and designers.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience: Preferably from an agency environment or an internal creative team, with experience in managing offshore teams.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
