- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on-site.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations (e.g., BS7671) and health & safety standards.
- Liaise with site managers, contractors, and agency representatives to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress and quality of electrical works, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct inspections and testing of installations, ensuring compliance and certification.
- Manage and support electricians and subcontractors on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Report daily progress and escalate any concerns to the project manager or agency contact.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred).
- ECS/CSCS card.
- Proven experience in supervising electrical works on construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of temporary accommodation electrical systems (e.g., modular units, cabins).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
