You’ll join a dynamic HR team covering L&D, Reward, Resourcing, Operations, Business Partnering, and Diversity. This generalist role involves:
- Supporting managers with absence, disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working cases
- Advising on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Handling maternity/shared parental leave and occupational health referrals
- Partnering with managers on recruitment strategy and approvals
- Supporting graduate/apprentice hiring and onboarding
- Managing exit processes and conducting exit interviews
- Assisting with performance reviews and salary reviews
- Producing HR reports and insights
- Leading/supporting ad hoc HR projects and engagement/inclusion surveys
- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in professional services
- Part or fully CIPD qualified (preferred but not essential)
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong Excel and HR systems skills
