ETL Developer - Derby (Hybrid) - EngineeringWe’re hiring ETL Developers to join a major transformation programme within a large engineering organisation. This is a key role in shaping the way data flows across the business, ensuring the performance team can provide accurate and timely reporting to all stakeholders.What you’ll be doingBuilding, maintaining, and optimising ETL processes using Informatica and SQLWorking closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet their needsSupporting the shift towards Cognos as the organisation’s reporting standardImplementing best practices in software engineering, unit testing, and risk managementHelping the business get maximum value from its data by ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance of pipelinesWhat we’re looking forHands-on ETL development experience, ideally with Informatica and SQLBroader knowledge of Cognos reporting and data integration practicesFamiliarity with software engineering best practices, including unit testingIdeally SC cleared (or eligible for clearance)Background in engineering or manufacturing environments would be beneficialWhat’s on offerOn-site presence required at the start to get embedded, moving to hybrid working thereafterOpportunity to join a highly visible data transformation initiative with plenty of scope for impact * Excellent starting salary with a great benefits package
