Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in the Industrial sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for building relationships and driving results
Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract candidates for temporary positions in the Industrial sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Achieve and exceed targets to contribute to the success of the team
