Employer's Liability Solicitor - Fast Track CasesMy client, one of the Northwest's leading Personal Injury Solicitors, is looking for a qualified Lawyer (or qualified by experience) to join their growing Employers Liability department.The Role: You will manage your own caseload of predominantly pre- and post-issue fast track employer's liability cases. My client values tenacity, enthusiasm, and ability above all else.What We Offer:

Requirements:

Proven billing track record handling a litigated caseload.
Experience in EL fast-track cases, including portal work.
Knowledge of CPR and Proclaim case management system.
Ability to take on challenging cases and see them through to trial.
