The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Baristas to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience.About the Role:
As Barista, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and flair. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, whether they’re starting their day or enjoying a post-dinner espresso.Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.What you will do:Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to the highest standardsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and bar areaEngage with guests in a friendly and professional mannerSupport the wider service team during busy periodsMonitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventoryEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsWhat you bring:Previous experience as a Barista in a high-end or fast-paced hospitality environmentStrong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipmentA passion for hospitality and guest interactionExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to qualityThe Right to Work in the UKSchedule and hours:This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per weekShifts will typically be in the mornings, but flexibility is requiredThe restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
