The successful candidates will participate in a rota that covers 7 days per week and 365 days per year. At the moment all of our Project Workers work a mixture of the following shifts:08:00 - 16:00
14:00 - 22:00
21:30 - 08:30Mariners View and Dispersed Houses
Additional capacity is required on various days at times to be determined by the manager of the serviceThe successful candidates will be skilled at working with young people who have a range of issues. They will be able to work effectively, often on their own, within a supported accommodation environment to ensure the young people are safe and able to develop their independent living skills.To be successful in this role you will need to have a range of skills and abilities, and most importantly you will need to enjoy the challenges and rewards of working with young people.It is an expectation that all our staff are:
