As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will support students aged 11–16 both in class and through small-group or 1:1 sessions. You will help pupils strengthen their subject knowledge, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to succeed academically.This Graduate Academic Mentor position is especially well-suited to graduates in English, Maths, Science, or Humanities, though strong graduates from any academic background will be considered.What’s on Offer:
  • Full-time, long-term Graduate Academic Mentor role (Monday–Friday)

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Academic Mentor:
  • Degree (2:1 or higher) in a core academic subject preferred
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, proactive, and committed to supporting young people
  • Previous experience in tutoring, coaching, or mentoring is beneficial but not essential
  • Must have UK work eligibility (unfortunately, no visa sponsorship available)
