As part of a not-for-profit organisation, we aim to achieve outstanding results for our customers based on our values - working in an open and transparent way, creating strong partnerships with our customers and providing a first-class customer service.Estate Technician – Part TimeWeston-Super-Mare£12.24 - £12.88 per hour16 hours per week – Monday & Tuesday – 8:00am to 4:30pmWe are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Estate Services team, based in Weston-Super-Mare. This role will be lone working, carrying out cleaning of communal areas of various sites as well as fire alarm testing. A van and tools will be provided to assist in this role. Development opportunities are available within the team for you to develop your skills and career.The role of Estate Technician will include:
  • Cleaning and picking up waste
  • Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
  • Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
  • Some practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
