This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrician to join a not-for-profit organisation. The role involves ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of electrical systems within the property department.
  • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure compliance with current safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems, producing detailed reports where necessary.
  • Respond to service requests, diagnosing faults and providing timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to electrical systems and processes.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
