We need team members who are committed to never giving up on our young people, continually offering support and encouragement.Role Overview:As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily lives of Looked After Children, providing care, support, and guidance. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create individualised care plans and implement therapeutic interventions.
