We're delighted to be recruiting for Income Recovery Assistant to join our Income Recovery team for 6 month fixed term contract.You will be based from our Yeovil office.As part of our team, you will be contacting customers who have fallen into rent arrears, trying to find out why, signposting them internal and external support agencies and setting up rent repayment plans.You will be using a variety of methods to contact our customers to try and avoid arrears escalating.You will also undertake some administration tasks for the wider team which will enable you to develop you knowledge of our systems.Our Housing Professional of the Future training programme will allow you to take the first step into your Housing Career.
