- Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify trends and insights that inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with school leadership to develop and refine long-term strategic objectives and policies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input and foster collaboration on strategic initiatives.
- Analyze academic and operational data to identify areas for improvement in school performance.
- Develop and present actionable reports and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making purposes.
- Support the implementation of new strategies, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and vision.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, with a track record of delivering successful initiatives on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of educational policies, trends, and challenges facing the school system.
