Job Title: Cabinet Cleaning EngineerLocation: Covering Northern IrelandSalary: £28,219.32 p/a plus company van, pension and private medical plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Full Time / 45 hours a week - Monday to FridayAn outstanding opportunity has arisen within a large and dynamic Facilities Management company, who continue to enjoy sustained growth with its impressive multi-site client base which includes a National Facilities contract for Coop.Job Purpose:To undertake the cleaning of refrigerating cabinets whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.Key Responsibilities:
  • Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Delivery of planned cleaning of refrigerating cabinets.
  • Liaison with the Supervisor to ensure that cleaning tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues follow safe systems of work on site.
  • Ensuring company vehicle (where provided) is kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required.
  • Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.
You will ideally, have the following in terms of your experience:
  • Multi-site Cleaning experience
  • Retail/ Industrial cleaning experience- desirable
  • Candidates must have a full and valid driving licence
