- Assist patients with navigating the clinic and addressing their needs.
- Handle invoicing and payment collection after appointments.
- Support the administrative team with general duties, including filing and correspondence.
- Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role, preferably in a medical environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with practise management software is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanour.
- Empathy and a caring attitude, as you will be interacting with patients who may be anxious.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
