- Oversee all operational aspects of the BTR scheme including leasing, resident services, and facilities management
- Drive occupancy rates and rental income through strategic marketing and exceptional resident experience
- Lead and develop a team including leasing consultants, concierge, and maintenance staff
- Implement the company's award-winning service standards and operational procedures
- Manage P&L responsibility and work towards ambitious financial targets
- Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and local stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and health & safety requirements
- Report on performance metrics to senior management and contribute to wider portfolio strategy
- Proven experience in property management, BTR operations, or residential/hospitality management
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for creating outstanding resident experiences
- Understanding of the UK rental market and BTR sector
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
